Little cafe with big heart and fabulous gluten-free food options! ! The bagels & lox were outstanding, you'd never guess what you were eating was gluten-free (the bagels from Against The Grain bakery were superb). And this little cafe whips up one hell of an omelet -- Spinach tomato eggs and munster cheese, oh my! Truly delectable. Wonderful service, very accommodating. They made us a bowl of fresh blueberries when we asked about fresh fruit, and it was perfect! Very good coffee and excellent ice tea rounded out our little brunch. We are DEFINITELY going back when we next visit Ocean City!

Quaint spot with walk out beer and wine cooler. Stopped in for a 6 pack to go and stayed for breakfast. Food is made from scratch and the owner is very hospitable. I recommend.

3.5 stars! This place has so much potential, the staff is so nice/friendly, but the amount of flies really was a turnoff. After getting juice at the juice shack on 67th street, I wanted to compare the green juice to this place. After sniffing the smells in this place, we were lured into getting food as well! So I got the veggie sandwich, which has an assortment of veggies in it, with hummus, sadly I couldn't taste that the hummus has an flavor. My friends' got the black bean burger, California Burger, and Ham Cuban? We also got the quinoa salad (both varieties) All in all, it tastes like you're eating a garden, not everything is super flavorful, so don't expect that, but everything does taste super fresh. For Ocean City, the place actually serves vegetables that aren't doused in butter or fried! I would pass on the juices/smoothies here, and try out the sandwiches/wraps! Juices and smoothies are the same price, small is 6 dollars, and large is 7.50. Great little place, but considering we were the only customers there, the service was a tad slow. Definitely not super fast food, but you won't feel like a whale after your meal here =)

Finally a place that I can go to that serves vegan food, while I'm in Ocean City! The California Wrap was very favorable. Food was a bit pricey, but eating healthy usually is! Nice place for a quick lunch.

Wow! This place is the best for fresh vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. My husband had his first gluten free grilled cheese in a year and he is in heaven. I had the California burger on a spinach wrap. The owner is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The fresh brewed iced tea was great! We will be back with my family. A great place to bring the family for lunch or an early dinner after a long hot day at the beach.

The staff is nice but this place is not organic/vegan. I ordered tofu scramble, I wish I didn't. It was fried with canola oil and tasted pretty bad :/

Stopped by for lunch and had a great meal. Lots of gluten free, vegan and omnivore options. We had some great fresh made juice and some salads with killer home made dressing. Highly recommended.

Horrible, horrible service. Had to wait 45 minutes for eggs because they were too busy conversating. Then the woman who came in 20 mins after us got her food first. When I asked how much longer they seemed to get annoyed.

Hands down best healthy option in ocean city. Freshly made tuna and chicken salad. Fresh sandwiches. Healthy smoothies. Friendly, honest service. Beer on tap. I'm only upset that we didn't discover this diamond in the rough sooner. Ocean city has beautiful beaches but SO many sub par overpriced dining options. Do not take this review for granted. Save yourself some aggravation and cash by stopping through this cute shop and support someone that is not trying to rip you off.

It is hard to find gluten free foods specialy while on vacation. I found this place through a gluten free app and I am very glad I did! I haven't had gluten free bagel in a long time.. I ordered egg and cheese cafe and my kids with cream cheese. I didn't say to toast it so the cream cheese bagels were cold. Make sure u say toast then. We also had a oatmeal with fruits . Coffee is self serve and it's delicious. I looked over to the side and there is a bar.. Kind of weird but I peeked towards refrigerators and I saw gluten free beer!!! Wowwwww!!!! Too bad it was 9 am if not I would have had a few!! I wish I checked this place out earlier on my trip being that I'm checking out today.

A vegan friendly spot with a passionate chef! The food is so tasty, fresh, and amazing! I had the kale salad with an avocado vinaigrette soo YUM! My friend who got the breakfast burrito says it was the best he has ever had. A definite go to spot for food that makes you feel good in Ocean City!

Real food and personal customer service. I love the hang over smoothie, whether I have a hang over or not. It's one of the few places in ocean city that offers fresh ingredients and healthy gluten free options. Keep it up Nancy!

The Greenhouse is OK. I had my bar set really high. I had just come from Portland, and was drinking at a place named KURE, which is absolutely the best juice bar I have ever been, see my review :) I had gotten addicted to a mix called Tiger's Blood: Carrot, extra ginger, & a big slice of beet... I love me some Beet Juice! Anyhow, I asked them, The Greenhouse, to make it and shared the blend. The clerk, the owners daughter, was visibly perplexed I wanted to add ginger. ??? The final mix was decent, the place is clean and the veggies seemed fresh. For some reason at the bottom of my juice there was a bunch of solids...? I guess they don't strain :( I do at home, and KURE serves no grime in the bottom of the cup. I think between not skinning the beets very well and not scrubbing the carrots as much as I would, you get grimy waste product, pffft I dunno. Author's sidebar: Juice is a labor of love. Even at home it is ridiculously expensive. People who love juice will pay an exorbitant amount and wait extra long for a special product. We, the juicing community understand the pressures of storing and serving clean fresh veggies, pungent roots and bright crisp leafy greens. Clean equipment and friendly intelligent Juice conscious employees are hard to come by, yet mandatory to the experience. Every Juice lover will try a new Juice bar with the enthusiasm of child on Christmas, serving a bunk juice is like gifting kid a lump of coal, we will not be happy nor come back for more. If you can't come top notch, stick to consumer grade Apple Juice and Yogurt based Smoothies, we will understand, which is far better then living a lie, or even worse making us taste it. I like The Greenhouse for juice, I guess the potential is there. There is not many choices in OCMD, I applaud them for giving it a go. The grimy thing, did not ruin the juice, it just confused me, and took away the pleasure of slurping up the last bit. My rating indicates they have a long journey towards perfection, That said, if you want a professionally made fresh juice, in the town of OCMD. go ahead, give 'em a try. Love this place. My husband and I stop every time we visit OC on our way out of town (once or twice a month). The owner is a gem and her food is ridiculously good. She can meet anyone's dietary requirements - veggie, vegan, wheat allergies etc. - she has you covered. Best smoothies in Ocean City - truly. Wish we had a place like hers in DC. Tip: Get a salad with avocado dressing. That stuff is like crack.

Fresh, seasonal veggies and plenty of good vegan and vegetarian options. Stuffed peppers with squash, zucchini, eggplant, brown rice and quinoa were out of sight! I was in OC looking for a vegan restaurant in the middle of winter, and was not expecting to find much, but was delighted to find this place. The owner was super friendly and focused on putting out a quality product. Easy 5 star.
